I just wanted to make a note of myself… my inspirations. I really ought to hook up the scanner and start doodling…

Following are some of the webcomics that really gets me going…makes me think ‘I wanna do this too!’ Then I get lazy. arr..

Copper [boltcity.com] is pure bliss. Nice design, very organice drawing and awesome colours. They even have a great tutorial [boltcity.com].

xkcd [xkcd.com] has great humor that just makes me laugh. It’s stick figures but I think it fits xkcd’s aim: great fun.

rice-boy [rice-boy.com] updates a little more frequent then copper though may be not as often as xkcd. But since it updates multiple pages at a time, the wait is totally worth it. It’s a story about unlikely hero, at least to me. The story is very intriguing and the world creation is pure win, specially considering this is a series, as oppose to the above two, you definitely get a different feel.

time out for now. more home reno tomorrow and may be karaoke tonight?
