Threaded and Nested Commenting

I just added few minor plugins for commenting section of the blog. I didn’t really want to bother at first but after reading some LiveJournal entries, I figured it’s worth the time.
This is the modified version of Brian’s Threaded Comments and Paged Comments plugin which merges these two.
Installation Instruction
1. Extract threaded_and_paged_comments.tar.bz2:

$ tar jxvf threaded_and_paged_comments.tar.bz2
threaded_and_paged_comments/
threaded_and_paged_comments/briansthreadedcomments.common.php
